I absolutely loved working with Hargun!!! Not only did she help me with a workout regimen and a realistic meal program, but she completely shifted my mindset on fitness and nutrition. By working with Hargun, I’ve developed a better relationship with myself mentally, with food and with my body. Unfortunately, I have stopped my program due to injuries, but will definitely be coming back to her. No doubt about that! I’d highly recommend Hargun to anyone looking for consistent check ins, as she keeps herself available daily for guidance. I’ve lost about 15 lbs so far by working with a consistent meal plan and workout plan with Hargun, I’ve never been able to stick to a plan like this before! I can’t wait to keep going. I started working with Hargun in March 2021. A year into the pandemic, I had gained back a lot of the weight I lost after college. My blood pressure was rising and I generally didn’t feel like myself. I knew I had to make a change but I didn’t know where to start. I had followed Hargun’s journey with her own health and body so I reached out and I’m so glad I did!

Hargun worked with me for the next 18 months to help me not just lose ~45 lbs but to transform my habits and build healthy rituals. To be honest, she made it so easy. I never felt like I was dieting or restricting myself in anyway. Instead, I felt like I had a meal plan that fueled my workouts and activities. I built strength and learned to put my body and my health first through daily movement, eating well, and working out. I loved Hargun’s workout plans because it gave me purpose at the gym so I actually felt like I belonged there, even though it can be a very overwhelming and hypermasculine space.

Hargun’s constant motivation and support did not just transform my body, but changed how I see myself. What started as a way for me to have direction and accountability while losing weight really became about me taking charge of my life, learning to put myself first and building my confidence. For the first time ever, I see myself as an athlete. I’ve really loved working with Hargun and can’t recommend her highly enough. My advice? If you see her posts and you’re even remotely thinking about working with her: DO IT! It’ll be so much and more than you imagine.

My experience with Hargun was great. I loved that I had several meal options/combinations to choose from so it wasn’t as easy to get bored with my diet. The workouts were realistic and did not take up hours of my day. I was able to create healthy habits even stopping with this plan. I lost 7 pounds and have been able to keep it off after 2 months of being on the program, and have been able to make healthy changes in my lifestyle as a whole.

I never really took fitness seriously. I’d always say I wanted to lose weight but wouldn’t actually DO anything to make it happen. I wouldn’t hold myself accountable when I didn’t feel healthy and I had 0 motivation to make any changes. Working with Hargun kickstarted a potential in me I didn’t know I had. She kept me motivated and helped instill a sense of mindfulness that has benefited me even outside of my fitness journey.

She was available whenever I needed and personalized my meals and workout plans specifically to me and my body type. My goal before my birthday was to hit a new low weight, and to do it while getting stronger, and lifting heavy. In the 6 months that i worked with Hargun, i not only dropped a little over 20 lbs but also added weight on my lifts, I can now squat full plates!!! I knew to get my ideal body physique I needed to focus more on my nutrition but I really had no idea where to even start. I’ve known Hargun for a few years and after watching her transformation (which was and continues to be amazing!) I didn’t hesitate to reach out and see what my options were to reach my fitness goals. 

Hargun has been so great to work with these past few months. When I first started on my journey, I gave her my goals, preferred workout routines, and favorite foods, and she incorporated that all into my meal plan (which has a TON of options). In fact, I didn’t realize how much I had been under eating this whole time, and working with Hargun was the first time I really started seeing results. 

Hargun was always available for any question or concern I had and continued to motivate me when I needed it. I knew she kept my best interest in mind and knowing how much she cared motivated me even more (even on days when I’d get off track). What I love the most is that Hargun taught me to be REALISTIC about my expectations – change doesn’t happen overnight, it takes discipline and consistency, and I’m so glad she’s shifted my mindset to live a much more balanced fitness lifestyle!

Watching Hargun’s transformation and growth on social media inspired me to want better for myself. I wanted to work with Hargun because I saw how dedicated she is not only on self-growth but uplifting the people around her as well. I saw that first hand when I started working with her. She’d check in often and whenever I had a question she would be ready with a detailed answer based off of her knowledge and research. I had a lot of questions about proper form and she took her time and facetimed me as well to make sure I had it down. I really admire how thorough Hargun is with her clients. My goal was to begin to have a healthier relationship with food and to lose weight and allover just gain a healthier mindset. Working with her I started becoming more comfortable with weights & even left the private room to go work out in the public space. The reason I decided to work with Hargun is because she works with you to make realistic long-term lifestyle changes to help you live a healthy life overall. Since working with Hargun I’ve made several life style changes that have benefitted me, such as fixing my eating habits. Hargun is especially great to work with because she really listens to what your needs are — in my case, I expressed that I enjoy snacking, so she created a meal plan for me that included lots of snacking in addition to my meal options that will give me the nutrients that I need. She is one of the most encouraging people to work with, and her in person session was tremendously helpful in terms of learning the correct form and why this is even important. For someone who is new to working out, this was really helpful in helping me build my confidence at the gym so that I would actually be able to bring myself to go. She clearly has extensive knowledge of the industry and I enjoyed my time working with her!

I have always admired Hargun’s dedication and strength. When she started GBSB, I was inspired by the posts she made about fitness and client progress. I started working with her as my trainer in April, and within 3 months I completely transformed. I went from being someone who would starve and binge, with no idea how to workout aside from going on runs… to someone who knows what it means to eat heathy, knows how to do beneficial workouts with proper form, someone who learned that looking fit can come in all forms. As a trainer, Hargun was always there and ready to answer all questions. I would send her daily videos of my workouts, and she would give detailed feedback on everything to make sure I am making the most of every set. She gave me unique routines and a healthy meal plan, and helped me adapt them to fit my needs and lifestyle. Hargun is the true definition of workout queen, I highly recommend teaming up with her as your trainer! I have been struggling with my weight gain for years. I’m a mother of 3 adult children and over the years I have struggled with my weight. I have always tried to loose weight on my own, but have always hit a wall.
A few months ago I was introduced to Hargun. At first I was reluctant to start with her diet as I didn’t think I could actually loose weight at my age. I’m glad to say I was totally wrong! For years I have been the person who sets health goals and sticks to either working out but not keeping up with a healthy diet or vice versa. After having my daughter, gaining 20 pounds and having my gestational diabetes grow into type two diabetes, my health goals felt farther away and harder to achieve. I wanted to lose weight in a healthy way, keep it off and reverse my diabetes, and she helped me achieve all of that. She worked with me to create a healthy meal plan and we had weekly check in’s which kept me accountable. She always had the answers to any of my questions or concerns regarding the details of nutrition with my meal plan, muscle gain, weight loss or anything along those lines. She always checked in to see how my progress was going which kept me motivated to reach the goals I had set for myself. I started training with Hargun this past summer after watching her fitness growth and being inspired by her journey for so long. After initially explaining my goals of gaining weight and strength to her, I found that she really spends the time to curate a plan that will accomplish those goals for you. As someone who has always had trouble staying on track with workouts and figuring out what workouts would work best for what I wanted to accomplish, having Hargun as a trainer has made all of that so much easier. She keeps me accountable and also explains the different breakdowns/workouts so that I’m not only seeing results but also understanding the science behind it. Not only that but she’s been super encouraging throughout the whole journey and in a little over 2 months she had helped me gain around 6 lbs, when gaining weight has always been incredibly hard for me, and helped me go from 5 to around 18 pushups. She’s also taught me how to listen to and be patient with my body on days when I didn’t feel like the workout went well and has helped me stay disciplined on days when I really didn’t want to workout. What I love the most is that she always asks about how the workouts went and really listens to all the feedback to try to find exercises that will work for my body. Because of Hargun’s encouragement, motivation, and guidance, every week I’m more and more amazed at my progress!

I was a woman who never got along well with trainers and gyms.. They have always been my worst nightmare since I was usually alone in a scary place with machines without guidance. This is the first time I’ve actually ever gone with a personal trainer and to be honest it makes working out, the motivation behind the workout, the commitment and the drive to get into shape so much easier. Working out with Hargun not only helped me lose 8lbs in a little over a month, but also the help she provided throughout the process especially during Covid made me realize the small changes in diet and progression overload make sure a big difference. No matter where your starting point is, for me it was pretty low weight, she was always there for support and motivation to push through the workouts and constantly making sure your macros and workout goals were being met.  She also has a knack for adjusting to your style of working out and using the resources that you have to be able to do certain exercises. It helps bring so much more peace of mind knowing what workouts you need to do with the things you have lying around the house! I was someone who struggled with knowing what to workout, if I had the right equipment, how to break down my macros, but that whole process of guessing and just winging it was made so much easier thanks to Hargun.
